The Official OKC Thunder Shop wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure all merchandise is in its original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, including all original tags and the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
